Referring Your Patient to Urology Innovations Canada
At Urology Innovations Canada (UIC), we partner with referring physicians to provide advanced, minimally invasive treatment options for prostate cancer, BPH, and select urologic conditions. Our clinic is outpatient-based, and consultations are typically scheduled within 7–14 days of the referral.
We welcome referrals for:
- MRI Fusion- and TRUS-guided transperineal prostate biopsies
- Focal therapies for localized prostate cancer, including HIFU and NanoKnife (IRE)
- Minimally invasive BPH treatments, including Rezum, Optilume BPH, and iTind
- Men’s health treatments such as urethral strictures, vasectomy, and circumcision
- Select female urology procedures

Referrals can be submitted by fax at (416) 979-9002. Please include any relevant imaging, labs, or clinical notes if available.
